Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary since 2018. Before that, he was the Company’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel since January 2013. From August 2003 to December 2012, Mr. Lynn served as the Company’s Vice President and Associate General Counsel. He began his career as an associate at the Nashville law firm Stokes & Bartholomew, P.A. Mr. Lynn has a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Tennessee Technological University and is a graduate of the Vanderbilt University School of Law.
