Mark Fioravanti

Mark Fioravanti is President and Chief Executive Officer of Ryman Hospitality Properties. Fioravanti was appointed Chief Executive Officer as of January 1, 2023, and became president and board member of the Company in March 2022.

Fioravanti joined Ryman Hospitality Properties in 2002 to oversee marketing as the Company worked to strengthen the appeal of its Gaylord Hotels brand. His roles at the Company have included senior vice president (SVP) of sales and marketing for Gaylord Entertainment; president of Gaylord Entertainment’s subsidiary ResortQuest, a position he held until 2007; and SVP and treasurer of Gaylord Entertainment. Fioravanti took on oversight of finance in 2007 and was promoted to SVP and chief financial officer (CFO) in 2009 after helping the Company successfully navigate the 2008 financial crisis.

As the Company’s executive vice president and CFO from 2011 to 2015, Fioravanti was instrumental in the 2012 REIT conversion and subsequent value creation. From 2015 to 2022, he served as president and CFO, during which time he led the acquisition of Block 21 in Austin, Texas, as well as a major strategic investment by Atairos and NBCUniversal to bolster the growth of Opry Entertainment Group.

Prior to joining the Company, Fioravanti worked for Harrah’s Entertainment for 11 years serving in a variety of senior corporate and property level positions. Fioravanti is a graduate of The Ohio State University and earned his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee.

Fioravanti is on the board of directors of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce.
