Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since March 2022; Executive Vice President, Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer from January 2013 to March 2022. From March 2006 to December 2012, she served as the Company’s Vice President of Accounting and Tax. From May 2004 to March 2006, she served as the Company’s Director of Corporate Accounting. She began her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young LLP and Arthur Andersen. Ms. Hutcheson, who is a certified public accountant, has a B.S. degree in accounting from Tennessee Technological University and her masters of business administration from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
